My parents and my brothers came out for a quick visit the week after Christmas. We had a great time hanging out, going to the aquarium, and then we spent a couple days at this great cabin owned by some friends of ours. It was so nice to get away from everything (no tv, internet, and not really phone service!) and just be together. We did a couple of puzzles, played games, explored outside, fished off the dock, and just enjoyed the rare chance to be all together.

Josiah learned to cast all by himself. He absolutely loved it. It was too cold to catch anything in the shallows, but he didn't care. He would have stayed out there all day if we would have let him. Like father, like son!
