I realize that this last shot of Bella resembles a really bad mug shot, but that's kind of what I was trying to capture. Poor, sweet girl is so tiny, and like most toddlers, the biggest part of her body is her head. She is fast enough now that she is constantly falling and because her head is so heavy, that is what hits the ground. Last week, after eating dinner outside, she was sitting at the top of the 2 brick steps leading to the patio, lost her balance, and tumbled down the steps. Her face took the brunt of it, poor thing. She really only cried for a couple minutes, and her blankie made everything better.

All of the out-of-doors time sounds absolutely wonderful! Keep the shot of Bells, and tell her that as she gets older, she and Uncle Andrew can sit around and tell "face wound" stories! I think every family has some doosies!
